Note:
Students shall deposit tuition fees into their ATM accounts at branches of VietinBank, PVcomBank, or Agribank.
When depositing tuition fees into the ATM account, students must include both the tuition fee and the card maintenance fee.
Example: If the tuition fee payable is 3,000,000 VND, the student’s account must have 3,050,000 VND (including 50,000 VND for card maintenance). If the student does not deposit the full amount, the bank will not process the transaction, and it will be considered as if the tuition fee has not been paid.If a student has deposited the tuition fee into their ATM account at VietinBank, PVcomBank, or Agribank but by the payment deadline (as stated in Section 1) the tuition fee has not been processed, they should contact the Finance and Accounting Department (Room 217 – Administrative Building A1) or send an email to [email protected] for assistance.
