On the morning of January 29, Thuyloi University (TLU) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed the Record of Discussions (R/D) to implement a SATREPS project on a disaster early warning system. The project focuses on developing an early warning system for landslides and debris flows in Central Vietnam, with a pilot implementation in Hue City.
