Thuyloi University announces the selection of students for the “Vingroup Scholarship” funded by the Thien Tam Foundation as follows: Scholarship Value Type 1: Covers 100% tuition fees for the academic year, but not exceeding 20 million VND/year (excluding non-tuition expenses). Type 2: Monthly living expense support (subject to separate review by the Thien Tam Foundation).
