Upon receiving the invitation to participate in the “First AI Technology Application in Lesson Design Competition” within the framework of the BRICS 2025 Skills Development and Technological Innovation Competition, Thuyloi University made a strong impression with outstanding achievements, demonstrating professional expertise, an innovative spirit, and the University’s increasingly prominent position on the international stage.
BRICS is an international organization established in 2009 to strengthen economic and political cooperation among emerging economies, with founding members including Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. It has since expanded to include additional members and partners such as Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Indonesia.
The competition was organized with a selection process running from April 2025 to November 2025 to identify candidates meeting professional requirements and aligned with international cooperation objectives. Thuyloi University was honored to have six lecturers selected to participate.
With the close guidance of the University’s Board of Directors and active support from relevant functional departments, the Thuyloi University lecturer team attended the competition from December 14 to 17, 2025, in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. This year’s competition attracted 180 teams from BRICS countries and partner nations, creating a lively, competitive, and innovative forum for academic and technological exchange.
The competition aims to promote innovation, enhance technology application—particularly artificial intelligence in education and training—and develop high-quality human resources to meet the demands of digital transformation and international integration.
