3. Course Description
- The course focuses on integrating Nature-based Solutions (NbS) with modern digital science and technologies, including AI, IoT, and remote sensing, in the agri-food sector.
- It highlights the potential of combining nature and technology to develop sustainable and climate-resilient agri-food systems, while contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
4. Schedule and Format
- Course period: April 6–18, 2026
- Format: Blended
- Pre-course session: April 6–12, 2026 (online and largely asynchronous)
- Course session: April 13–18, 2026 (on-site and synchronous online)
Participants may choose to attend the entire course online or participate on-site at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FAT), UGM, after completing the Pre-course session.
5. Benefits
- The course may be recognized as 3 SKS / 4.5 ECTS.
